Our stay was okay overall. The house was in a good location, and check-in was straightforward, which I appreciated because I was already feeling mentally drained by the time we got there. Being close to the beach was definitely the best part, and the place had most of what we needed for the trip.
That said, it didn’t feel as clean as I expected when we arrived, and a few small things were either broken or just seemed worn out. Island Realty did get back to us, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it wasn’t exactly relaxing either.

Booking was straightforward and the place itself was about what I expected, so no real complaints there. What threw me off was the final price once all the extra fees got added in. I was expecting it to be closer to the price I saw at first, which made comparing it with other options a little frustrating. Overall, it was fine, but I wish the full cost had been clearer from the start

Traveling with our dog was easy, and they were super pet friendly, which I really appreciated. I had sink issue in my place and maintenance came by the same day to fix it. Was nice not having to wait around for a long time.

I’m giving it 4 stars because a few little things was dated and the extra fees do add up. But overall, for what we paid, I’d probably use them again

I was really happy with this place. I always try not to overpack if the rental says it has amenities, so I was relieved that the kitchen actually had everything we needed and the beach gear was useful, not just random old stuff in a closet. The pool was clean too, which makes a big difference. Overall, I felt like we made a good choice staying here.
